Bag Check
In your RED RUN pack, you'll be provided with a pre-labelled bag check bag that corresponds to your RED RUN number. Simply hand over your bag to our volunteers and they'll keep everything safe for you.
T-Shirts
Everyone will pick up their RED RUN t-shirt on the day. We hope you'll wear with pride!
Registration
A majority of you will have received your RED RUN pack in the post around the 5th of November. This will have everything you'll need for the day.
If you are in the group to pick up your RED RUN pack on the day, head to the registration marquee when you arrive. This will be communicated to you leading up to the big day.
Charity Tables
We're delighted that many of the charities taking part in the RED RUN will have a presence on the charity marquee. You'll be able to speak with staff and volunteers and learn more about their vital work.

Coffee
Enjoy free hot coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Plant-based milk will be available.
Community Heroes
The World AIDS Day RED RUN isn’t just a celebration of progress – it’s a chance to shine a spotlight on theincredible people who have quietly worked in the background, enabling the HIV movement to flourish.
We're organising an exhibition highlighting these incredible people and producing a Community Hero guide.

UK AIDS Memorial Quilt
We'll proudly display photographs of the UK AIDS Memorial Quilt.
The UK AIDS Memorial Quilt is an irreplaceable piece of social history. It tells the stories of many of the lives lost in the early days of the HIV/AIDS epidemic in the 80’s and 90’s. Each individual panel commemorates someone who died of AIDS, and has been lovingly handmade by family, friends and lovers creating a deeply personal tribute.
Welcome Collection Display
The Wellcome Collection will display posters from their HIV archive.
Music, DJ's & Queens
Enjoy tunes from DJ Conor Lynch from Eagle London and Horse Meat Disco - helping to keep the celebration going!
At 12:10 our official RED RUN hosts will take to the mic before the 10k/5k run/walk opens.
Finish
Please note, the finish area is on the grass and the event is not chipped timed.
Start
There is no group or gun time, and after 12:20 everyone will be able to begin the route at their leisure. It is the same route for both the walk/run or 5k or 10k. Two laps = 5k, four laps =10k.
The World AIDS Day RED RUN is not chipped timed.
Loos
Both standard and accessible loos are available
Workout with Pride
The wonderful people at Workout With Pride will be leading an ongoing group warm-up. You'll be able to drop in anytime between 11:40 and 12:10 to get those legs stretched!
U=U Quilt
Made of thousands of selfies from the community, the U=U is a tribute to the incredible advances in HIV care meaning if your adhering to your HIV medication and your undetectable it is impossible to pass the virus on.
